The villa has a breathtaking view of Siena and its «crete», of Mount Amiata and Mount Cetone, and provides the best amenities in a scenic and unspoilt landscape, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woods. The view is charming and unforgettable. It is a quiet place because a 2-kilometre unpaved, albeit well-maintained, road is used to reach the villa and the nearest house is 2 kilometres away. The villa has been recently renovated and can boast very ancient origins, as demonstrated by the fact that, during the restructuring works, the remains of a floor and a wall probably dating back to the Etruscan period (700-600 B.C.) were discovered. Facing the view and the outdoor swimming pool, there is a sport and relax area with a spa pool which may accomodate 12-14 people, a small gym, a bathroom and a shower.

On the ground floor, onto the lawn and the swimming pool, there are a very beautiful living room and three double rooms with bathroom, as well as a suite with bathroom which can be reached through an arch-shaped door.

The first floor (which can be reached with an outdoor travertine staircase and an indoor one from the ground floor) hosts the wonderful dining room with a large stone fireplace and a cypress wood 20-place table, a fully-equipped kitchen, a reading room with sofas and antique bookcases, as well as four bedrooms with bathroom and shower and another one with Jacuzzi.
